What type of files are required for my logo, and what if I don't have the necessary file format?
We require your logo in a vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, or PDF). If you don't have these, we can vectorize them for you at an additional cost, depending on your logo. For Embroidery, we require a DST file, which we digitize for most customers at a one-time charge.

What is my turnaround time?
Generally, the turnaround time for embroidery and screen printing is 2-3 weeks. For larger orders, the processing time is 3-4 weeks. A rush service is available upon request.
Printing turnaround times for business cards, flyers/brochures are 3-5 days.

Can I provide my own apparel?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We take cash, checks, and all major credit cards. (3% processing fee for card transactions)

Do you have minimums for orders?
* For Embroidery, there is a six-item minimum
* For Screen Printing, there is a 25-item minimum
* Minimums for Printing are 250 business cards, 25 Flyers/Brochures. Submit a quote for detailed pricing (Price breaks for larger orders). 
* No minimums for Vinyl banners of any size.
